Day Four & Five...

So, other than some expected nausea, day four was pretty uneventful. Today, day 5, not so much.

Adair started out the day not feeling well (nausea/vomiting). Then one of the lines on his catheter got clogged. They were unable to get it working again so now he has to have his catheter removed and replaced! NOT FUN! He didn't like it the first time they did it so needless to say he is not very happy! They also had to put an IV in his arm, which he hates, that will have to stay in until the catheter is fixed on Monday! UGH... They promise that he will still get his stem cells on Monday as scheduled! HE BETTER!!!

On a better note, I did get to drive up to Stanford today! It was so great to see him and get a big hug! The only bad thing was that he slept pretty much the whole time I was there. He apologized but said that he felt so relaxed and comfortable with me sitting there so he dozed! I was fine, it was good to see him get such peaceful sleep, he needs that more than anything right now! It was hard to leave, but I'll be back with him on Sunday!

Please keep him in your prayers... :)
